Using mail troubleshooter in WHM

  1. In order to use the mail troubleshooter in WHM, you need to click on the email link and then click on the mail troubleshooter link.
  2. This is the place where you can check the email address while tracing its route from the server.
  3. Enter an email address in the box and click on submit. If that is on the server and you wish check another one that is not on the same server, then go back to click the mail troubleshooter link.
  4. Enter that unknown email address in the box and submit. Soon you will get the report.
