How to use the Mail Troubleshooter in WHM?

  2. First of all, you need to locate the Email category.
  3. Then you need to go for the Mail Troubleshooter.
  4. You need to enter the email address for which you need to perform the task.
  5. Then you have to click on the Submit button.
  6. You need to return to the troubleshooter in order to cross check things for a valid email address. Once you will submit the form, a valid record for every email that is added for the email server.
