    Event Summary: A loop within our network caused intermittent packet loss. A network wide change has been applied to prevent these types of incidents in the future.

  • One of our UK cPanel servers i DOWN - [cphost17].

    We are waiting for the datacenter technicians to provide us with more info on the issue.

    Watch this ticket for further updates.

    Update April, 2nd: the system drives have failed and we will have to reinstall the server.
    We will attempt to reinstate all user accounts from backups.

    Update April, 8th: We are waiting for the datacenter to replace the system disks, so we can proceed
    to reinstall the server and reinstate the user accounts on it.

    Update April, 10th: The datacenter is a bit slow to replace the disks, also investigating the technical issue took time, since the server experienced abnormal issues (self power down etc).
    We will fix it and restore from backup, it just takes longer, than expected.

    Update April, 15th: Work is in progress, we are restoring customer accounts, it will be ready soon....
